Building the capability to make difficult things.

Syntrex Advanced Systems is an advanced manufacturing systems company based in Florida. We are developing a new generation of manufacturing systems for difficult, high-value physical production, beginning with aerospace.

The premise is simple. The machines, sensing, controls, software and inspection used to build the hardest hardware were developed separately and assembled afterwards. We are engineering them as one system.

01Mission

America’s technological leadership begins with the ability to build.

Every era of American technological leadership rested on the ability to make difficult things, at quality, at scale, on purpose. That capability is maintained, or it is lost.

Syntrex starts with manufacturing because manufacturing capability compounds into everything built on top of it. The horizon extends well beyond any individual machine.

02Leadership

Founder-led. Engineering-anchored.

01

Henry Bello

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Henry Bello founded Syntrex Advanced Systems and leads company strategy, technical direction, capital formation and the build-out of the engineering organization.

He is building Syntrex as an AI-native company: machine intelligence carries the research and analysis load, and engineers hold every consequential decision.

His focus is the long-horizon work, assembling the engineering organization, capital and technical direction required for a company whose ambition is measured in decades rather than product cycles.

Education: Industrial Engineering and Finance, University of Miami

02

Michael Zervos

Founding Chief Engineer

Michael Zervos is Founding Chief Engineer at Syntrex Advanced Systems, bringing more than three decades of aerospace and defense engineering leadership.

His work spans systems engineering, aerospace manufacturing, hardware development, qualification, validation and technical risk, including the leadership of multidisciplinary engineering organizations and the operations, budgeting and customer-facing work that carries programs through execution.

At Syntrex, that experience anchors the transition from ambitious physical-system architecture into disciplined engineering execution.
